Daily serving size: Pour 8-12oz of boiling water (212F) of boiling water over 1tsp of tea. Steep 8-10 minutes. Strain and sip, add natural sweetener if needed. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!

Domestic orders

To ensure freshness and high quality, orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. While we strive to maintain inventory, we will contact you if the shipping may be delayed, due to back ordered supplies, split shipments or other issues that may arise to make alternate arrangements. All bulk and custom orders will require additional time before being shipped. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

International orders

International shipping is available:however, unforeseen issues and customs delays may arise. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for international orders.

Returns

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied or receive damaged products, we will offer a full refund  or credit, except for shipping fees. Products must also be unopened in their original packaging, and be in a new unused condition and be processed within 10 days of purchase. Once your items are received at our apothecary and inspected by our team, you will receive your refund or credit typically within 1-3 business days. Sale and custom orders do not qualify for return or exchanges.

Return Costs

Shipping charges will not be refunded because this is a cost that has to be fulfilled on our end. Returns past 10 days will incur a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price.

International returns

If you are unsatisfied or receive damaged products, we will offer a full refund or credit, except for the shipping fees. All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt, to receive a full refund. We will offer comparable products as an exchange to satisfy your needs, except for shipping fees. We kindly ask that you do not return the items to us so as to avoid an excessive carbon footprint.

Damaged products

Damaged goods will be refunded 100% of the purchase price. To begin your claim, please send a picture of the damaged goods as well as the packaging as adequate proof of damage.
